Musicians Charles Kelley (R), Hillary Scott (C) and Dave Haywood of group Lady Antebellum arrive for the Musicares Person of the Year Dinner honoring Neil Young, in Los Angeles, on Jan. 29, 2010.

There are no guarantees when it comes to the Grammys. But several nominations for Eminem are about as sure a bet as one can make when the nominations are revealed Wednesday night at Club Nokia in Los Angeles.

Eminem's critically acclaimed album "Recovery" marked a huge comeback for the rapper and has become the best-selling CD of the year so far.

Lady Antebellum is also a heavy favorite for multiple nominations, thanks to their No. 1 smash "Need You Now."

American Music Award favorite Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Miranda Lambert and Katy Perry may also get key Grammy nominations.

The Recording Academy will announce a handful of its 100-plus Grammy categories during a live, hourlong CBS broadcast; the rest will be released immediately afterward.
