L.A.'s first annual Food and Wine festival was such a smash last year that the four-day feast is coming back — two months early and with Wolfgang Puck as the host.
The second annual festival will be a summer affair, running from Aug. 9 to 12. Diners won’t have to wait until October to munch their way through an entire weekend of culinary masterpieces, and mingle with the masters who made them.
A list of celebrity chefs who are participating will be out soon. Tickets go on sale in April. The event will take place at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles, with tons of satellite locations all over town.
Proceeds on the event will benefit St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels and considering the chefs raised $400,000 last year, it's not a donation to be sniffed at.
