Three separate fires brought traffic to a standstill along I-15 Sunday at the Cajon Pass.
Update 4:45 p.m.: Fires knocked down, traffic remains
Firefighters say they've got a handle on the three fires, though that hasn't yet helped the traffic situation. Expect long waits along the I-15 at the Cajon Pass near Kenwood.
Update 4:20 p.m.: 3 fires back up traffic at Cajon Pass in San Bernardino
Firefighters say three separate firefighters have broken out near the Cajon Pass in San Bernardino, shutting down two northbound lanes of the I-15 .
Officials said the fires have burned a total of 5 to 7 acres, burning brush and and are progressing slowly near the intersection of I-15 and Kenwood Avenue.
In a tweet, the San Bernardino Co. Fire Department said no structures are currently threatened.

In a recording on its voicemail, the San Bernardino County Fire Department said the fire is also affecting traffic on the southbound lanes.
