#YoureWelcomeMexico: U.S. Soccer gets snarky on social media

It wasn't just the U.S. Soccer team celebrating its win against Panama in Tuesday night's game. Mexican soccer fans were ecstatic, too. 

Why? Because the U.S. win cleared way for Mexico, also known as El Tri, to move forward in qualifying for the World Cup. The team scored two late goals to beat Panama 3-2.

Mexico has had a tough season — and this was the break it needed. The U.S. team wasn't shy about taking credit. It immediately took to social media, blasting patriotic photos accompanied by the hashtag: #YoureWelcomeMexico, which instantly went viral.
