LAX's Terminal 3 has been closed to arriving and departing airliners as police continue their investigation into yesterday's shooting.
Travel to and from Los Angeles International Airport continues to be impacted by the shooting and shutdown of the area Friday. Airport spokeswoman Nancy Castles told Associated Press that over 15,000 flights and 167,000 passengers have been affected so far.
Terminal 3, where the shooting took place was reopened at 1 p.m. Saturday, but law enforcement officials continue their investigation. If you're planning to fly in or out of LAX, you should check with your respective airline for information, and follow @LAX_official on Twitter for new information.
Traffic around the airport appears to be moving smoothly Saturday. You can check a map of live traffic conditions below.
- 1:15 p.m.: Terminal 3 fully opened

L.A. airport spokeswoman Gina Marie Lindsey said at a press conference this afternoon that Terminal 3 "is now fully open and operational."
Passengers should continue to check information from their airliner. Jet Blue flights are expected to continue operating out of Long Beach Airport until later this evening, Lindsey said.
She added that most terminals are reporting operations have returned to normal, but they are "very very busy."
Update 10:47 a.m.: Terminal 3 airlines routed other terminals
Airlines that usually depart from Terminal 3 include Allegiant Air, Frontier, JetBlue, Spirit, Virgin America, and Virgin Australia. You can check updates on their status and get information on individual flights from their Twitter feeds. Several have moved to other terminals, others have cancelled or rescheduled flights. Update 9:47 a.m.: Terminal 3 evacuees can reclaim bags at 10:00 a.m.
A number of those who were forced to evacuate the terminal where the shooting took place Friday are still waiting to pick up the gear they left behind when fleeing. A spokesman for Los Angeles World Airports says they'll be able to retrieve their bags at their airline's ticket counter.
Update 8:34: Parking structure #3 now open
Officials say the parking structure that had been closed following yesterday's shooting is now open.
