Oscars 2014: 5 places to watch the awards show Sunday in LA

So maybe this year's Oscar nominations weren't a huge surprise (are they ever?). But, really, where else can you see Idina Menzel, Bette Midler and Pink perform for a crowd of top-notch actors, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks and Jennifer Lawrence? 

We all know Ellen DeGeneres is excited.

4. Hollywood's biggest night | Downtown Los Angeles

Enjoy a live broadcast of the Oscars at Grauman's Million Dollar Theatre hosting by the folks from Los Angeles Historic Theatre Foundation and the Grand Central Market. Sip your favorite cocktails and participate in a night of games and fun at one of the most iconic buildings in Los Angeles. Dress to impress in honor of the nominees. Pro tip: Consider grabbing a meal and a few snacks at the Grand Central Market before the show.

5. Sunday Funday with Sassy Inc. and Eleven Nightclub | West Hollywood

Enjoy happy hour specials and channel your inner diva as you walk the Red Carpet with pals. Watch a live telecast of the Oscars before showing off those pearly whites at a VIP photo booth.
