There will be more delays Thursday morning on the Gold Line. Metro says crews are trying to repair an overhead power supply system after it was damaged Wednesday morning between the South Pasadena and Highland Park stations.
Metro spokeswoman Anna Chen says morning commuters should allow an extra 20 to 30 minutes since trains are sharing one track.
"Be patient. Try to take it easy. Leave early if you can. Or try to explore alternative modes of transit."
Chen says the bus may be the best option until the problem is figured out.
