Sotomayor confirmation hearings
Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor will be questioned by the Senate Judiciary Committee Monday, in what is expected to be a fiery confirmation hearing. Eleven Democrats will participate, including new Democratic Senators Arlen Specter and Al Franken. Seven Republicans and their numerous witnesses are expected to explore hot-button issues like affirmative action and abortion. If confirmed, Sonia Sotomayor will be the first Latina to serve on the Supreme Court. Larry Mantle talks with legal experts about what's at stake politically and legally.
