President Obama Addreses The UN Secretary General's Climate Change Summit
China and the United States both pledged to do their part to address climate change at the United Nations yesterday. The two countries are the world's largest producers of greenhouse gases, together accounting for 40% of carbon emissions. Their efforts come as the U.N. hopes to create an international climate agreement at a December summit in Copenhagen. Larry Mantle looks at the plans from both countries.
