Could NFL football be coming back to Los Angeles? Last week the state Senate approved an environmental law exemption for a proposed stadium in the city of Industry, which Governor Schwarzenegger is expected to sign. This allows plans to move ahead on an $800 million stadium and hopes of attracting an NFL team to the area. Larry Mantle finds out more about the proposal.
