What's eating Gavin Newsom?

i'm disappointed. as much as i love Jerry Brown. i think Gavin would have been
much better for the future of CA. Jerry, i'm afraid represents CA as it was and
is not going to be the change we need.

Did Di Fi lose to Pete Wilson or was it Kathleen Brown Rice?

Is Jeery Brown electable? Is he going to have to overcome his history of "Governor Moonbeam"

Meg Whitman sounds too much like the voice of the announcer of the Kaiser Permanente commercials. She says shes going to reduce state government. My husband works for Fish & Game - already they have no budget, hiring freeze and not allowed to go out in the field. Unless the Fish & Wildlife can go to the offices their hands are tied.

For those of you who like what our State has become and will become, Gavin Newsome's legacy:

Edwin Ramos, now 21, is being held on three counts of murder in the June 22 deaths of Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16. They were shot near their home in the Excelsior district when Tony Bologna, driving home from a family picnic

Ramos, a native of El Salvador whom prosecutors say is a member of a violent street gang, was found guilty of two felonies as a juvenile - a gang-related assault on a Muni passenger and the attempted robbery of a pregnant woman - according to authorities familiar with his background.

In neither instance did officials with the city's Juvenile Probation Department alert federal immigration authorities, because it was the city agency's policy not to consider immigration status when deciding how to deal with an offender. Had city officials investigated, they would have found that Ramos lacked legal status to remain in the United States.

This Bum, Gavin Newsom took it upon himself to put the wants and needs of another country's problem, his oath of office to protect the people of his city meant nothing....

AND HE WOULD BE A GOOD GOVERNOR?!

Until the needs of the citizen's of this State are met, the governments of other countries will have to learn to care for their own.

Any politician who aids in the breaking of Federal and State law, who allows a criminal alien to violate the safety and well being of a California citizen should be held to account.

i am sure you know more than i, but how is Gavin responsible for the scenario
you have described? SF has law enforcement issues, but it is a much better
and safer place to live then LA!

Lest you forget, L.A. has the same disgusting sanctuary policy as S.F. As to "Gavin", it's his policies that result in these type of tragedies and his pathetic display of disloyalty to refuse to reach out to his Constituent.

As to the L.A. vs S.F. crime stats. We now live in a Nation where the truth can't be spoke for fear of "hurting" someone's feelings, so let me couch it this way:

West L.A. vs S.F. proper: Both enjoy low crime

Oakland/Richmond vs East/S. Central L.A.: Both plagued by high crime (murders), etc.

Be honest and figure out what they have in common and don't blame it on poverty.

As I said, any City/State leader whose involvement in violating the laws of our State/Nation which results in harm to an American citizen, should be held accountable. This includes tolerating crime of ANY kind.

Lest we fail to note: Gavin Newsom is a WELL-ROUNDED scumbag; Ray didn't even go into Newsom's cocaine use and his stealing of his best friend/employee's wife (unceremoniously dumped thereafter). Do some more research on Newsom (if you can even find the info in the vainstream, state-supporting Media) and you'll be further nauseated.

I can't tell you how good the Truth sounds when it's spoken by those who aren't afraid to speak it. Well Rounded Scumbag is right, no wonder the yellow little sociopath bailed out of the race. Looks like he'll have to spend his days singing the blues for his criminal illegals, getting high and trying to manipulate his pal's wives out of their 400.00 thongs, Governor indeed.
