For over a year, healthcare insurance reform has been the big story out of Washington. But now things are finally coming to an up-or-down vote. In a speech Wednesday President Barack Obama firmly rejected Republican calls to draft new legislation from scratch. Instead, he said he wanted a vote in the next few weeks—and that he would maneuver to deny a minority filibuster. What are the potential political shock waves?
