A larger, weaker Hurricane Earl is expected to reach coastal New England by tonight, though warnings there have been downgraded. No injuries have been reported in North Carolina, as strong winds and rains hit the outer banks this morning. The National Hurricane Center joins Larry with the latest forecast.
