Will the Senate authorize the DREAM Act?

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is likely to attach the DREAM Act to a defense authorization bill, due to be voted on Tuesday. The measure would allow undocumented college students and men and woman in the military a path to U.S. citizenship. How many people would be affected by the DREAM Act?
