Luke Burbank, host of the podcast "Too Beautiful to Live," gives us the low-down (or as much as he remembers) from his trip to Vegas. He also debunks a lawsuit brought against Kanye West for stealing the lyric, "Now that that don't kill me, can only make me stronger."
That's because it's actually Friedrich Nietzsche who came up with the phrase "What does not kill me, makes me stronger" in his treatise "Twilight of the Idols" (1888). And the truth is that the lyrics have been repeated by tons of artists other than West -- including Chamillionaire, Jay Z, Tupac, Theory of a Deadman and Adema.
