"The Tamarind" as served at La Casa Femme restaurant in New York City
In a shaker over ice add:
- 1.5 oz. Coroazon Reposada tequila
- 2.5 oz. lemon and lime juice (equal parts of each)
- fresh-ripped mint leaves
- 1 tsp. of tamarind syrup
Shake and serve on the rocks. Drink in a dark underground room laden with gold.
