It's not even out yet, but everyone in D.C. is talking about it. Bob Woodward has written another anticipated best-seller called "Obama's Wars," and it paints the president in a very unflattering light.

On the surface Obama's Wars is about how President Obama decided to wage the war in Afghanistan. But what it's really about is palace intrigue: which aides said what to whom and whether the new president was manipulated by the military. NPR's media correspondent David Folkenflik talks to Madeleine about why this president would give Bob Woodward the time of day.
