Election Preview: Prop. 23 and What it Means for California

Proposition 23 has become a hot issue in both the governor and senate race. That's the ballot initiative that would suspend the state's landmark climate change law, which reduces green house gasses.
Prop 23 backers say that law's bad for the economy. And they want to suspend it until the unemployment rate falls to around 5 percent. Joining Madeleine to talk about Prop 23 is KPCC reporter Molly Peterson.
