Get ready to fall back. Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, and when we set our clocks back an hour we'll get more morning light, but less in the evening. Why can't we keep that sunny feeling all year long?

At least one researcher thinks we should.

Mayer Hillman is Senior Fellow Emeritus at the Policy Studies Institute in London. He's the author of studies that show people are happier when they get an extra hour of light in the afternoon.
