Supporters and opponents of same-sex marriage who waited for Judge Walker's decision will now see how the 9th Circuit rules.
Proposition 8, the ballot measure that banned same sex marriage in California, was declared unconstitutional in August. Weddings are on hold, however, since Prop 8 supporters appealed Judge Vaughn Walker's ruling to the 9th Circuit Court. Today a three judge panel will begin hearing arguments.
