The Los Angeles Times uncovered an even more notorious mugshot - former Bell City Manager Robert Rizzo working as a parking attendant in Huntington Beach.

From the dizzying heights of overpaid public official, former Bell city manager Robert Rizzo has fallen to low lows. LA Times columnist Steve Lopez reports today that Rizzo has been spotted working as a parking attendant in Huntington Beach.

As city manager, Rizzo made $787,000 a year. Lopez encourages Angelenos to visit and support the surfing museum in Hungtington Beach. Just make sure your donation goes to the museum, and not the parking attendant.

Think Steve Lopez was too hard on Rizzo? He says "No way."
