Young Japanese men are not interested in sex
According to a new study put out by the Japan Family Planning Association, 36% of young men between the ages of 16 and 19 described themselves as "indifferent or averse" towards having sex. These young men have been dubbed "herbivores." Given Japan's rapidly ageing population, that could soon become a big problem. Here with more on this phenomenon is Roland Kelts, a Japanese American writer who lives and teaches in Tokyo.
