First Amendment protections for video games challenged in 9th Circuit appeals case

A huge First Amendment case will be argued today in Pasadena before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
It involves college athletes and whether or not they should be compensated by both the NCAA and the video game maker, Electronic Arts. Loyola Law School Professor, Jennifer Rothman outlines the case.
