PPIC poll shows declining support for Brown's tax measure

Governor Jerry Brown is considering a plan that would let the public bypass the legislature entirely and get the tax extension on the ballot in November through the initiative process. But a new poll released Thursday by the Public Policy Institute of California shows that public support for a special election is dropping. We talk to PPIC CEO Mark Baldassare about what it says about Californians.
