Sex offenders banned from Orange County parks and beaches

Yesterday Orange County Supervisors passed a law that would ban registered sex offenders from public parks and beaches. The law would go into effect early next month and hit violators with a fine of $500 or up to 6 months in jail. Former chairman of the non-profit group the California Coalition on Sexual Offending Wes Maram joins us to talk about this development.
