It's county fair season. That glorious time of year when everything from candy bars to sticks of butter are deep fried for your pleasure. Charles is also responsible for the holiday dessert the "Cherpumple" - a combination of three kinds of pies and cakes and the "Enchisagna" - a hybrid of enchiladas and lasagna.
