The death of Osama Bin Laden was a major blow for Al Qaeda. But the recently reported assassination of Atiyah Abd al-Rahman, the terrorist organization's second in command, may do more to harm the operations of Al Qaeda. Brian Fishman with the New America Foundation says Atiyah was the center of communication for Al Qaeda's disparate cells. Without him, Fishman says, the organization will likely lose its cohesion.
