Could there be another hunger strike coming to Pelican Bay State prison in Northern California?

Inmates went without food for three weeks in July. They were protesting conditions in small isolations cells.

Prisoners called off the strike when corrections officials said they would review the policy that placed alleged gang members in the isolation units. Now that agreement could be unraveling.
