New ACLU allegations against L.A. County jails

ACLU details eyewitness accounts of brutal beatings as part of a recent report on the county's jail system.
Allegations out Wednesday morning from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) say that a savage gang controls the LA County Jail. That gang is made up of Sherriff's deputies. The ACLU says it's not just a few rogue officers, but a culture of deputy-on-inmate violence.
