Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky waived his right to a preliminary hearing, a decision that moves him straight to the trial phase. He faces a life sentence, if convicted of the sexual molestation charges. Sandusky would have faced some of his accusers in court Tuesday. Philadelphia-based criminal defense attorney Theodore Simon will join the show to explain and look ahead to the trial.
