President Barack Obama addresses a Joint Session of Congress while delivering his State of the Union speech January 25, 2011 in Washington, DC. Approval ratings for Congress started the year at about 20 percent, and are now just 11 percent.

A look at what changed in Washington - for one thing, the approval rating for Congress. This time last year it was around 20 percent. Now it's an all-time low of 11 percent, according to Gallup.

Russell Berman, congressional reporter at The Hill, is here to talk about what, exactly, Congress accomplished this year.
