Mexican film director Gerardo Naranjo talks about his new film, "Miss Bala," which comes out in limited release Friday. It follows the story of a beauty queen who, through no fault of her own, gets sucked into the violent world of the drug cartels. It’s being lauded as a no-holds-barred look at the pervasive fear that is part of everyday life in Mexico since the drug wars began.
