City Board To Introduce Ban On Distribution Of Unsolicited Phone Books

San Francisco Board of Supervisors President David Chiu plans to introduce proposed legislation that would ban Yellow Pages phone books from being dropped off on the doorsteps of consumer's homes and offices.
