Unemployed New Yorkers look through the help wanted ads at Department of Labor field office in midtown Manhattan.

There could be a snag in what was starting to look like a healthy economic recovery. The Labor Department says employers created only half as many jobs in March as they did in February.

The news comes as new unemployment claims are at a four-year low and consumer confidence is on the rise with retailers reporting increased sales.

Heidi Moore joins the show to delve into the economic tea leaves and offer insight on the new numbers.
