Changing the process to fire teachers for cause

California has some of the most detailed laws in the nation laying out how and when public school teachers can be fired. Tomorrow in Sacramento, a state Senate committee will look at two competing bills that would rewrite those laws.
The process has been under especially close scrutiny lately, in the wake of a teacher sexual abuse scandal in Los Angeles. The California Report's Krissy Clark investigates.
