The annual LA Times Festival of Books is coming to town this Saturday and Sunday at USC.

He joins the show to discuss what to expect from the 'Coachella of Books.'

The festival expects a wide range of noted authors, like Susan Orlean, T.C. Boyle, and Michael Ian Black. Non-authors like John Cusack and Sugar Ray Leonard are also expected to be a part of events.

On Sunday, Nancy Cohen, and Tom Hayden reflect on the Port Huron Statement, the manifesto that put Hayden on the map 50 years ago.

Guest:

David Kipen, book critic and founder of Libros Schmibros, a used bookstore and lending library in Boyle Heights, right off the Gold Line at Mariachi Plaza.
