Tonight, ABC launches a new reality show called "The Glass House."

It's a simple premise: 14 contestants living in a house competing for a cash prize.

But to to the television network, CBS, the show seems like a ripoff of its program "Big Brother," where contestants are locked in a house competing for a prize. CBS is suing ABC for copyright infringement, but failed to stop "The Glass House" from airing tonight.

Jack Lerner, the director of USC's Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, joins the show to help us break down some of the legal issues between the two television giants.
