Former Republican presidential candidate, Rick Santorum, championed repeal of the Affordable Care Act. Now that it has been upheld, how will politicians campaign on the issue?

With the health care act upheld, both Democrats and Republicans will be in the spotlight.

The Affordable Care Act was President Barack Obama's signature legislative achievement, and will likely make it a key aspect of his re-election platform. Republican lawmakers and Mitt Romney have vowed to repeal it.
