Rico Gagliano and Brendan Francis Newnam of KPCC's Dinner Party join Alex Cohen to talk about the birthday of Bugs Bunny, Fifty Shades of Gray replaces the bible, and a museum of trash.
This week, the NYTimes profiled the "Trash Museum" - an effort by a group of New York sanitation workers that find art in garbage. And surprise! That’s Not A Bible In Your Hotel Nightstand — It’s ‘Fifty Shades Of Grey.’ And this week in 1940 “A Wild Hare” came out, which was Bugs Bunny's first “official” appearance resembling the Bugs we know today.
The Dinner Party airs on Sundays on KPCC at 3 p.m.
