You know that one album? The record you got into when you were 15 or 16. You became obsessed with it, played it over and over. You memorized the words — you knew every drum fill and guitar lick by heart.

For Jonathan Lethem, that album was "Fear of Music" by the Talking Heads. Lethem is the award winning author behind the books "Motherless Brooklyn" and "Fortress of Solitude."

His latest is an in-depth exploration of the Talking Head's third release, "Fear of Music." It's part of the 33 and 1/3 book series where famous authors write about their favorite albums.

Jonathan Lethem joins the show to take us back to 1979 when "Fear of Music" was released.
