Former Norton Simon museum (nee Pasadena Art Museum) curator Fred Parker, in front of a photo of famous photographers gathered on the museum steps for a much earlier exhibit. Parker's not in the photo because he took it.

John Rabe talks with Fred Parker, the original photo curator at the Norton Simon Museum. He started collecting photos for the museum before photography was considered art. The museum is now showing much of the photos he acquired for them.
