Sam and Alfreda Maloof Foundation for Arts and Crafts.
Sam and Alfreda Maloof’s marriage lasted 45 years, until Alfreda’s death. The hand-built, 22-room timbered home they shared is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Sam Maloof was a giant in American Arts and Crafts and he died recently. Queena Kim met Maloof and says the story of Sam Maloof begins with Freda.
