About the Pacific Drift Podcast

Podcasting is the generic term for making audio content available for automatic download and later playback on portable devices such as Apple iPods. (Note that this is significantly different from our current RealAudio offerings, which require the Real Media Player.)

There are a growing number of free or inexpensive programs that make it easy to automatically detect new audio content and automatically retrieve it.

Additionally, you can play the audio on your computer using a variety audio applications: Real Player, Windows Media Player, iTunes, WINAMP, etc.

Instructions
The Pacific Drift podcast will be updated every Sunday at 10 p.m. (PST). Configure your podcasting client accordingly, and have it point to http://www.scpr.org/programs/pacificdrift/podcast.php
