Chris Elliott and Into Hot Air

In a follow up to his bestselling book, The Shroud of the Thwacker, Emmy-Award winning comedian and author Chris Elliott returns with an outdoor escapade about climbing the world's tallest mountain. In a parody of classic survival adventures, disaster movies, celebrity activism and reality TV, Into Hot Air: Mounting Mount Everest, tells the story of Elliott and a group of amateur climbers who dare to brave nature's dangerous terrain in order to find out the truth about who really was the first person to reach the mountain's peak. Elliott joins guest host Oscar Garza to talk about his career in comedy and his latest work.

Chris Elliott will be at Barnes and Noble on the 3rd Street Promenade tonight at 7:30 p.m.
