Eat Food. Not Too Much. Mostly Plants.
Award winning author Michael Pollan is back on the road to talk more about what we should and should not be eating. In his latest New York Times bestseller In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto, Pollan explains why we should avoid the center aisles of the grocery store, think often of our great-grandmothers, and the difference between actual food that is safe to consume and the ever dangerous edible food-like substances.

thank you for this insightful piece. i am a 250# burly 60yo man who needs to curb my appetite. i will start eating more plants. Acutally my diet is very good but i suppose i may be eating the wrong items. I exercise by walking every morning about 6 blocks and repeat that in the late afternoon (vigourously). This piece was recommended to me by a psycholigist friend and i am grateful to you both. again thank you very much. I am sure this will be beneficial to me in the long run. laurence acosta.
