California students score “F” in Math

It may be raining outside, but it’s also a gloomy day in California classrooms. The 2009 Nation's Report Card was released this morning and California earned a big fat “F” in Math and only barely missed setting the curve thanks to Mississippi and Alabama, who came in just behind.
