Will California’s rising (water) tide lift all states?
While California is certainly the biggest and most complicated state facing drought and water management issues, it’s not the only state in the Western U.S. that’s trying to come up with creative solutions to water shortages. The federal government is slowly wading into the water debate and we hear how they plan to referee the latest water wrestling match.
