The man behind the 9-11 terrorist attacks, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, is scheduled to be removed from a prison in Guantanamo Bay and tried in a New York federal court. Yes, New York City the scene of the worst terrorist attack the U.S. has ever seen. President Obama says Mohammed will be subject to “the most exacting demands of justice”. But can this alleged “evil doer” get a fair trial?
