Global warming pollution up 10% in California

Even with some of the strongest clean energy and global warming pollution legislation in the country, California's pollution due to climate change increased by 10 percent from 1990 to 2007, according to a new analysis of government data released yesterday by Environment California. Why, what can we do about it?
