LA Times reporter David Wharton brings us the latest from London and the Olympics, as it prepares for the second week of competition. Olympians will jump out of the swimming pool and head to the track, as Track and Field events highlight most of the schedule for the second week. Usain Bolt has already claimed the title of ‘Fastest Man on Earth,’ after setting the olympic record in the 100 meter sprint. China leads the U.S in total medal count, can the US bounce back to take back the lead?
